Class Descriptions

Sunrise Salutation: Wake your body up with the sun! This slow moving, meditative class is done only in candlelight. All levels welcome.

Twerk It Out: A moderately paced Vinyasa class that focuses on twists and binds to help the body detox. Balancing poses are used to strengthen the core and find equilibrium. Beginner friendly class.

Padma Flow: Using Vinyasa to constantly flow and keep the heart rate up, this class keeps up the cardio! All levels welcome.

Dynamic Flow: Spend the first half of class rising the heart heart rate. Afterwards, we move into arm balances and inversions. Modifications are shown.

Padma Mama Prenatal Class: A wonderful way for Mommie's to get ready physically and mentally for the arrival of their little one. Learn how to safely modify in your Vinyasa class and stay strong.
